Sock Yarn Doesn't Count...!

I want to thank everyone for their kind wishes and advice on my plantar fasciitis. I do wish I could move past it, but for some odd reason, no matter what I try to do, I end up making it worse, without intending. ;(
Icing seems to be the most helpful, and I'm stretching. And there's not a minute that I'm ON my feet without them being in supportive shoes. (sigh)
Ok. There WAS that 10 seconds when I dropped the Harmony cable needle onto my "persian" carpet in the living room and I got down on my hands and knees to feel for it ('cause I couldn't see it)...but surely 10 seconds doesn't make a big difference (oh. yeah. It did hurt like the dickens...)

I hope your foot gets better soon. That sock yarn is great!!!
Plantar fasciitis really hurts, my sympathies. Nice sock yarn acquisition.
Great colors in that Berrocco you picked up! Hope your tootsies are better soon too.
You've just won a blog award. Stop by my blog and check it out.... :-)
Ooh, awesome sock yarn! Surely covering those sore tootsies in something that pretty will help? (OK, I do know it's not nearly that simple -- I hope that things are getting better as the week progresses!)
Such pretty colors!
I am behind on reading blogs. I hope your plantar fasciitis gets better soon. I've had that. Stretching did NOT help (the PT people I saw made the whole thing worse actually); icing did. The weird thing that really worked I tried on advice of a friend, and that was to not wear the same pair of shoes two days in a row. For a while I even changed pairs of shoes part way through the day. It really worked. I had had PF for months, and in less than 2 weeks it was gone.
Lovely sock yarn. I'll continue to send healing vibes your way!
