About Me
- Name: Nana Sadie
- Location: Virginia, United States
I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb! I'm learning to be a passionate paper fanatic, an art journaling, junk journaling, paper planner/traveler's notebook nut. Please visit my shop at http://nanasadiesattic.etsy.com. My Knitnana blog has been retired, upon the death of it's best-known mascot, Meezer. So http://nanasadiesplace.blogspot.com is the blog home I'm nurturing now.

I look with envy at my boys as they sleep, curled up or stretched out. Sigh...
I had a really difficult time waking up from a Sunday afternoon nap. I was almost there. Good for Meezer, he doesn't have nap guilt.
She looks absolutely blissful. I do admit that I get a little green around the edges when I see my girls and boy so relaxed when I have chores to do.
Your Meezer looks just like my Meezer. Che really likes to cover his eyes while he naps. I wonder how they get them selves wrapped up in those positions, and then how can they sleep like that?
She looks happy! Cats have muscle instead of cartilage between their vertebrae, which allows them to do such contortions.
She looks so squeezable! Is she a cuddle cat?
P-Man, not so much. He'd love for me to pet and scratch him 24/7 especially very hard on his head and nose but being held, not so much. Altho he's getting better...he'll stay for about 10 minutes and even purr! I'm persistent like that :)
No kidding! Or would that be no kittying?
Awwwh aren't they just angels when they sleep? :)
