Chris IS OKAY!

If you're watching the bridge collapse on TV - Chris of Chaos & Mayhem fame is okay - she was working at home today. Thank the Dear LORD! She's checking on family and friends, so I thought if anyone looked here to see, they'd feel better seeing it on my blog - I don't know when she'll have time to post!
((((hugs))))
Chris we're all praying for everyone there!

Thanks. I know Jeanne's ok, too. It was rush hour traffic, plus people going to the Twins game.

I've been watching but I don't know anyone in the area - but oh, those children in the school bus - it's just unbearable.

I immediately thought of Annie Modesitt's family too, along with other friends and former co-workers in the area. It's mind-boggling!

what amazes me is that there is this guy that rushed there and was filming, sounds like an able bodied guy talking about a father that was looking for his daugther and does he help?? No he keeps filming .. I sure hope CNN didn't pay him for his footage! put the camera down and help!!!

it was a bit frantic last night making phone calls & trying to find people. one of my girlfriends had just driven over the bridge before it collapsed. i always worry about bridges & earthquakes now that i live in california, i never thought something like that could happen in minneapolis

It is horrible. I used to be afarid of bridges of aa kid, but felt it was unfounded as an adult...I guess not. I don't know much about it yet, but I spose there was something wrong with it.
