Posies! Clapotis! Whirlwind!

Well, bags are shipping out left and right...I'm a tiny bit behind schedule, but I appreciate everyone being so lovely! I have 5 more bags heading out tomorrow (and one to deliver locally) so progress is definitely being made! A couple new ones below for you to check out - these are heading to the USPS tomorrow:

This is one of my all-time favorite cat knitting prints - comes in green and red - Knit Wits by Michael Miller (it's out of print now, but I have a little)
Then for the folks who live in Vermont or Wisconsin (or who just happen to love cows) here is one of the prints in the Meadow Farm series...

Finally, I succumbed:

I'm starting repeat 5 of the increase section on my Clapotis! I had forgotten how cool this pattern is....
(and dontcha just love my stitch markers? I don't have many "small" bling-bling stitchmarkers (for some reason I have lots for larger needles and I'm using size 4s with this fingering weight yarn), so I'm alternating them with the lovely white rubber rings (which I think are too cool, anyway). But I do like me a little bling, now and then, don't you???
lololol
(((hugs)))

Very cute bags!

Great yarn for your Clapotis! I do wirework in addition to knitting, and I've yet to make myself any bling-bling stitch markers, and I use the really cheap red and blue plastic ones. They drive me nuts. I should really make myself some bling.

I actually love those rubber ring markers! Clover makes some that come in packs of 1/2 lime green and 1/2 purple. Fun!

The cows are adorable. How long before you find white owl (i.d. Hedwig) cloth? It'll be a keepsake for those of us who will be in Harry withdrawal...

OOOH! I'm so excited. I ordered a green knit-wit posy sack. The one in your post might not be mine, but I got to see one completed and its adorable! Can't wait until mine arrives.

I love that cat fabric, I have a thing for chubby cats :)

Ive always meant to ask you Sallee, how do you get just your post title to show on bloglines? Yours is the only blog on my feed with just titles, all the others have the post too.

Love, love, love the cows!

Re: stitch markers -- I use the little rubber bands that are used on kids' braces. They're multi-colored, and you can buy hundreds for pennies. The cheap prices means that I can knit them into the fabric to mark specific places, and not feel at all bad when I cut them later to take them out.

Re: The Clapotis. Love the yarn you are using! It will be gorgeous. I don't know if you know this trick -- if you purl the stitches that later you will be dropping anyway, you don't need the markers at all.

Love the cat bag! So adorable! :)

Your Clapotis is beautiful. Love the color-way you chose! It is so fun when you start dropping those stitches! :)
