I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb! BTW this photo was taken (perhaps you know) some years before you were born; maybe even before I was born !
Dad was into one of his hobbies - photo, then develop and print his own. But first his subject matter had to be coached -"look here, there, now over that way, etc"
He loved her so very much also and wanted his beauty queen preserved in her glory !!
