Harrummphf!
Well, perhaps a tad.
I do understand that such things are possible.
They just don't happen to me.
To say I'm irritated is probably an understatement.
Will I get over it?
Probably.
By NEXT week's weigh-in.
(umm...why no I didn't lose any weight this week - not.even.one.single.solitary.OUNCE -
which is why the ticker above is stationary - and yes, I was very careful in measuring, counting and being smart in my choices - even out to dinner at Olive Garden, where, had I known what would happen this week at weigh-in? I'd have had THIS instead of the single serving of Pasta e Fagioli soup and salad with fat-free dressing on the side and 1, just one, breadstick, with my single glass of merlot!)
At that restaurant meal I went over exactly 3 points on the day's totals - which is perfectly acceptible - since I'm allowed 35 "extra" points every week.
{grump...grump...grumble...harrrummmphf!)

You know you have my sympathies -- I've been there! Hang in there, and keep enjoying those occasional glasses of Merlot; they're worth the points :)
A minor setback! Just think of the people who have 50,60 or more pounds to lose. You are SO close to your goal Sallee, you WILL get there.
Hugs, G
PS: Im posting over at Veggies again, hope you'll stop by soon.
The weight will go. I couldn't eat out and expect weight loss, because of the sodium content of restaurant food. Keep your fluid intake up, and it will all, er, flush out, as it were.
You've lived a healthier life this week than before, and even the scales can't take that away. :-)
It sucks when you don't see the results your expecting when you worked so hard at keeping on track....but part of losing weight is learning to maintain the loss - which you did! And our bodies hate when we try to lose weight - so just give it some time and I know you'll see the progress you want.
I'd like to echo what everybody else said, but I also want to add this: Don't forget that muscle weights more than fat! With the extra exercising that you are doing, don't be surprised if your weight appears to stay the same or even go up a little bit from week to week! You just have to focus on the overall downward trend (like the stock market, right? Har.. har...)
When my husband was cutting weight for a lifting competition, he actually gained about 10lbs in muscle while he lost 20lbs of fat. You had better believe there were weeks where he "gained" weight! Just think of it this way: if you are gaining more muscle, then it will be easier to burn all that fat the next week!
Keep it up! We're all rooting for you!
