Whew!
I finally heard from the friend who disappeared, she's been ill, the requisite phone call from the family members to me was forgotten.
:(
Hopefully, we'll rectify that for the future. And I have new contact phones for her folks, so if no one changes their numbers, we'll be fine!
And I'm soooooooooooooo relieved that all is okay...(yes, she's getting better!)

The power of the Internet for bringing people together! And Meezer doesn't look as though she was worried one little bit :o)
This is definitely good news! The Amazon story, though, not so much. I've had trouble with their shipping before, too, and now all I ever use them for is to keep a wishlist of books I want so that I can buy them at better places! ;)
Glad you found your friend again! Good to hear she is on the mend too. The Meezer doesn't look all that stressed I must say :o)
