Sunday? AGAIN? How?
Hmm..
Mom?
I'm so sorry. You were RIGHT!
Slow down the careening train, okay? Someone? I can't believe it's Sunday AGAIN!
I need a little less week and a bit more weekend, whatcha think?
Ok...don't think that's really gonna happen, but we do try to make the most of our short days off around here in Knitnana-land...
Yesterday, as I told you, we had a "We Get to Stay HOME from MDS&W and have a Par-tay!" party...It's such a cool group of gals I get to knit with regularly! Here are a few of them (yes, some got to go to Maryland...hope you gals had fun!)
This is Stephanie, Pam (our hostess), Catie, and Christie, and I'm behind the camera. We enjoyed Pam's husband's grilled chicken, rice and a ton of munchies (oh yummy!) and quality girl-talk and knitting...I took my blue Trekking Second Sock and put about 4 inches on the foot! (sorry a photo will have to come later, as I don't have one right now). Thank you so much Pam for inviting us into your home and for such a fun evening!
Afterwards, I had an errand to run and ran into more friends while doing that, so it was after dark when I got in...I'd put Advantage on the girls before I left...neither one likes it, but I take no chances...I spend too much time at the vet's and those pesky fleas will ride my jeans like a freight-train straight into Knitnana Station. Doesn't often happen that we have problems, but that's why we keep up with the Advantage! lol
I can smell it, and I've cleaned and cleaned but it's still there...can't figure out where it's coming from and now I'm exhausted! What IS that nasty stuff?
The Meezer
(Poor baby...I hate to tell her, but I do this as much to give her a bit of exercise as for anything else! You should see the contortions she gets into trying to reach the back of her neck with her tongue!!! ROFLOL!)

What fun! Glad you had a good time:~D Tough love for Meezer:~)
Looks like you had a lot of fun!
I've often thought that society has it backwards. We should work 2 days per week and have 5 days off. :-)
Poor Meezer. They do hate that stuff on the back of the neck, don't they? Works great though.
Ah, yes, the Advantage dance. We've got that in our house, too (of course, with two cats, the temptation for them to help each other is strong...)!
What a great idea for a party! I'm so glad you had so much fun. :)
