Manic Monday !
OHHHH....yup - you guessed it - as well as something I bought because it's Heart Month! Dishcloths and
My Addi Natura's for HIDCOTE!!! YEAH!
This is ready to mail...
And then...I arrive home to find...
babies desperate for warmth...because
by keeping the heat set low, the cigarette smoke is MUCH less...but man, it's chilly in here - (and the thermostat is in the dining room...not the back bedroom where the window is open!)
Brrr.....it's 20 outside now and going down to single digits with dangerous windchills tonight! Nope, the thermostat will not be turned up - I can pile on the knits - but I can't breathe in the smoke....
See that ticker? 19 days and counting...

Oh brrrrrrrrrrr and double brrrrrrr...it's cold where we are now too! Moving has gone fairly well and I wish you no headaches on yours! It was a blizzard outside when the movers were unloading our truck - the poor dears! Oh well, we fed them and they seemed fine...LOL
You keep freezing them poor kitties they're going to run away from home! LOL
LOL - that's about my normal home temperature! Maybe that's why my cats are so active - they have to stay warm.
Fun and cheering package!
That's about the right temp, IMNOHO. When we were home at Christmas, I nearly died - the folks keep it at least 72 all the time! We let it get down to 55 at night and 60 during the day when we're not home; all of 66 in the evening when we are. The cats cope just fine ... probably better than I do!
Good luck on your move!
Good thing the kitties are so fuzzy! And they found a lovely sunbeam to stay warm in! I would definitely choose the cold over the smoke. Good luck with the moving!
Love the bag. Will be watching the mail!!
I'm another one who keeps the house at 62 during the day and 55 at night but I've been staying most of the time at Mom's to take care of her and the thermostat over there is set at 72 during the day. When I run back here for email and blogging, I pull out my Highland Triangle shawl to keep cozy as after a month plus, I'm used to the warmer temps. Wearing a knit cap at night helps keep you warm because most of your body heat is lost through your head.
oh thhe joys of moving. keep warm!
