About Me
- Name: Nana Sadie
- Location: Virginia, United States
I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb! I'm learning to be a passionate paper fanatic, an art journaling, junk journaling, paper planner/traveler's notebook nut. Please visit my shop at http://nanasadiesattic.etsy.com. My Knitnana blog has been retired, upon the death of it's best-known mascot, Meezer. So http://nanasadiesplace.blogspot.com is the blog home I'm nurturing now.

Yep, I can relate, too. I soooo knew she was gonna go for the hair when I saw that last ball dwindling down. But to throw away the needles......don't think I could do it!
made me laugh the first time I saw it too.
yes, me too. but its a bit sad at the same time, isn't it?
I think Kat has it right. The first time you see it, it's hysterical. But then you watch again. And think. For me, it's a commentary on obsession - of any kind. So yes, it's sad, too. (And it's my obsession. Jennyraye, I don't think I could throw my needles away either.
(((hugs)))
It reminded me of when I was knitting DH a Dr. Who scarf - one of the 15 foot long striped ones! I wouldn't have thrown the needles away, I'd need them after I made a trip to the nearest LYS to continue feeding my addiction {g}
Great minds think alike Sallee!!!!
Huggs and a Headbonk for the lovely Meezer,
Geraldine and the Mitz
I thought she was going to unravel her knit dress at the end!! LOL
