It came! My KnitPicks order from my ONE day of freedom from the Yarn Focus Challenge last month...Please note, I'm 22 days in to this. And frankly I went overboard on this order (there's also the skein of Swizzle I told you I bought at my LYS that day included in the photo). In the front - sock yarn! In the back - the yarn for my version of Knitpicks Entrelac Tote! My first felted project...I think The Meezer thinks this is an abundance of riches sure to keep me home and near her! Of course, if Bird Flu does indeed strike, I'll need something to keep me busy at home!

oh man if my boyfriend saw a box like that arrive at the house i think he would think i'm crazy! now that we share an apartment I'm always thinking how to sneak it in....

I have to lock the closet with wool in it. Honestly, if I don't lock it . . . they know how to open the door.
Oh my goodness. I have even run out of room to hide mine... OOps... there must be a 12 step program... LOL

See, I've been good but for some reason people keep giving me yarn...no really...yesterday my LYS lady said that I should make up the ponchette I am knitting in some Irish Linen I have been wanting to try. And...she gave me last year's display Aran sweater...when I got home the books my sister got me for my birthday were here along with the yarn my Mother bought me...so I look really guilty...but I'm not! ...really. :)

Oh my goodness I have been putting stuff in my cart over at Knitpicks to use for my free day in May. It was upwards of $200.00. But today I was good, I thought about it and realized I really don't need it all, and I went and deleted everything except a pattern and some oddballs of yarn I would need to make the pattern.
Of course I'm so tempted by everything else. We'll see how big the cart gets back to before I order.
Is that Rocky Mountain Dusk sock yarn I see?
I think I see Dancing sock yarn, too.

Heh there Meezer, Looks like your Meowmie has hit the yarn jackpot! Now, all you have to do is get busy and fast and start pulling the yarn for her.
