Just wanted to show you progress on the knitting front - this is the baby blanket for DGS #3 who will be joining his mom, dad, and two brothers in Florida in September (estimated arrival!) :) You can find the pattern for this here and all I'm doing is changing colors with every repeat of the pattern - using baby acrylics that I had on hand in yellow, green, blue, variegated, and white.

I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb!
