I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. I am behind on reading email and blogs, but am greatly relieved to know that you are ok... a fire would NOT be good! Hugs and blessings; also for your daughter on building you such a pretty website.

I leave you alone for a few days and look what happens? Were you just burning up from fever or did you rub your knitting needles together for too long? Don't you know you're supposed to use a boyscout for that?
Hon I am glad you are okay. I'll get an e-mail off to you soon -- but get this -- I'm going to a blind school in Cleveland for four to six weeks for re-training! Yeah!
