About Me
- Name: Nana Sadie
- Location: Virginia, United States
I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb! I'm learning to be a passionate paper fanatic, an art journaling, junk journaling, paper planner/traveler's notebook nut. Please visit my shop at http://nanasadiesattic.etsy.com. My Knitnana blog has been retired, upon the death of it's best-known mascot, Meezer. So http://nanasadiesplace.blogspot.com is the blog home I'm nurturing now.

Beautiful..!!! Congratulations. I guess I'd better get started on mine, huh?
Whoo Hooo!
Glad to hear you have my response to finishing one sock -- "now I want the other one!" It was a wonderful moment when I realized that I won't suffer Second Sock Syndrome. Gorgeous yarn, lovely job knitting! Another sock fiend joins the group!
YAY! A sock!!
Are you addicted yet?
A friend taught me how to do toe-up socks over the weekend, so now I'm working on a toe-up sock and a cuff-down sock. I want to start a third sock, but am restraining myself.
Yeah!!! It is really lovely! It looks like it fits perfectly too!
