A Celebration!
Today, 24 months later, I'm still too heavy, I don't exercise as I should, and I've got an additional diagnosis I didn't have when I started this path...nonetheless, quitting smoking was the single best thing I've ever done in my life.
I won't get philosophical here - that's for Nana Sadie's Place - but if you're struggling with this issue, check out The Q. I owe my quit to their 24-7 online support!

Yay!! congrats on the quitting. We know how difficult it is! Mr. Inky and I quit in Jan 2003 -- paid for most of our wedding with the money we would have spent on smokes :)
Congrats on your anniversary! That was a hard thing to do and you should be really proud of yourself!
You are always such an inspiration!

I quit for 3 years then started agin.. I wish I could quit again but am finding it so much harder now..A HUGE {{HUG}} Congrats!!!
Congrats on quitting...two years is quite a stretch! I used the webmd online program to loose weight. I was never starving and lost the weight I wanted to very slowly.
Congratulations for having managed to stay smoke-free for so long! I absolutely admire you for that, I'm still struggling like mad to quit smoking, but I seem to lack the discipline so far :( Thank you for the link you shared, I'll make sure to read that page word by word!
Best wishes from Austria!
Congrats on the past 2 years of freedom from smoking!
Well done, congrats on your quitting anniversary. Having quit 16 years ago it is a distant memory, but the one negative thing is that I have struggled with my weight ever since, but at least I am healthy which would not be the case if I still smoked.
Congrats! I know how hard it is. Way to go!!
Congratulations on staying smoke free for two years!
