About Me
- Name: Nana Sadie
- Location: Virginia, United States
I'm a young Nana to 5 grandchildren, mom to a DD, and I'm owned by my cats: three very special rescued kitties, a Tonkinese, a Siamese, and a newly whole Himalayan. They are known here as The Tonk, Mimi, and Moji, which is Hindi for Sock (appropriate, right?). I'm the cat mom as well, to the late Meezer who helped me start the Knitnana blog and whose spirit lives on in our home. Sewing is my business, knitting is my passion, tho' I'm a bit slow at it thanks to an arthritic thumb! I'm learning to be a passionate paper fanatic, an art journaling, junk journaling, paper planner/traveler's notebook nut. Please visit my shop at http://nanasadiesattic.etsy.com. My Knitnana blog has been retired, upon the death of it's best-known mascot, Meezer. So http://nanasadiesplace.blogspot.com is the blog home I'm nurturing now.

WOO HOOO!!!! Awesome!!! You look positively beautiful!!!!
I LOVE IT!!! I MIGHT HAVE TO TRY MAKING ONE!!! LOVE GETTING TO SEE YOUR PICTURE!!!
Wow!! It really turned out nice - did you make it the full length of the pattern (24")? It looks like the Wildflower cotton scrunches up better than my recycled wool and it looks softer. I wore mine today - about 38° out there when we headed out to garage sales with a stiff wind - it really helped me keep warm.
Oh, that is great! Now, you can concentrate on the next shawl lesson! It turned out beautifully.
Sallee! It takes my breath away it looks so beautiful! And it is so nice getting to see the talented lady I talk to all the time! I am so happy you got it done! I really want to make one now! :)
